Position Title: Market Development Engineer

Summary:
Target and penetrate new markets and applications for liquid color. Formulate a plan regarding market penetration which would include competitive analysis, internal technology and manufacturing capabilities review and proposal (where necessary), marketing tool development, etc. Input to the Leadership Team would be welcome and necessary as decisions are made that involve expansion efforts in all market segments. This position is a key link to sales growth in new market segments. Support Audia philosophy focused on facilitating the growth of the organization, continually improving quality, and driving to a world class safety environment. Install and service the dosing systems required for liquid color addition to plastics processes
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain specific market knowledge and drive sales expansion efforts
- Install and service the dosing systems required for liquid color addition to plastics processors
- Provide international development and support for global expansion efforts
- Provide key account management support to develop liquid color business and meet growth goals
- Provide solutions to problems at key accounts/new potential clients
- Grow and maintain liquid color business in various markets
- Develop key relationships at OEM in various market segments
- Maintain healthy pipeline growth to guarantee sales growth of year over year double digit growth.
- Identify and explore key target markets for liquid color that align with Audia core competencies.
- Develop and execute a plan to deliver sales growth consistent with Audia growth goals
- Target corporate accounts and manage relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization
- Creative problem solving as it relates to pricing, inventory, rebate structures to meet customer needs
- Follow Audia Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.
- Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
- Be the link between sales and laboratory for project management.

Preferred Experience, Training, and Skills:
- Engineering Degree
- English Proficiency
- French native language
- Understanding of polymers and plastics processing
- Technical project management skills.
- Must be able to travel 70% of the time, mainly in France, Germany and Benelux
- Skilled in the use of basic computer software, including word-processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) including presentation to groups.
- Strong problem solving ability
- Hard worker
- Adaptable to work in a multi-cultural environment
Job location : Clermont de l'Oise (including 70% of travel)
