Produit: Ily, le Téléphone des Familles

Développer Ily, Le téléphone des familles. Lors de ce poste j'eu la responsabilité de concevoir de bout en bout l'infrastructure mécanique et mécatronique d'un produit connecté de l’idée à l'industrialisation. A ce titre, ma position au sein du projet a nécessité une capacité d'adaptattion constante afin de répondre aux contraintes aussi multiples et variées provenant du design industriel, de l'électronique ou de l'industrialisation.

Réalisations / Activités :

- Etude préliminaire et analyse fonctionnelle afin de définir les fonctions principales
- Travail en collaboration avec MAP Project Office, cabinet de design basé à Londres afin de définir le meilleur compromis au niveau du design industriel et de l'interaction utilisateur
- Etude, définition et conception des solutions et architectures mécaniques (Catia V5, Cotation ISO, Chaines de côtes, Pièces plastique)
- Validation de solutions par prototypage et tests (impression 3D et travaux en atelier)
- Intégration mécatronique (Cartes électroniques, capteurs, câbles, caméra, haut-parleurs)
- DFX - Conception pour l’industrialisation (DFM) et L'assemblage (DFA)
- Suivi des fournisseurs à l'international. Déplacements réguliers en Chine lors de jalons projets importants (RFQ, EVT, DVT, PVT)
- Conception d'un emballage axée sur une expérience utilisateur innovante
- Exposant et Promotion sur de multiples salons dont notamment le CES 2016.
