Working At Total (2013 - 2016), Product Manager: one social intranet for 80,000 employees, 300 legacy sites merged, 25 countries in under a year, 90% profile activation; 15 consultants, 27 MEUR budget. Total Industrial Mobility (2016 - 2017), Product Manager: apps factory built from zero in under 3 months, Mobile Device Management platform and first apps including MySafety (digital safety inspections replacing paper); 36 sites, around 2,000 users within a year of launch; agile team of 10, 5 MEUR budget.
